Selects the amount of time between a PTT button-press and transmission of the first digit of an MDC Repeater Access (RAC) data packet. This time allows the repeater to receive carrier and stabilize before receiving data. This applies for the current MDC Conventional System. Time is in milliseconds.
When the System Type field is set to "MDC".
